Governing Law

These terms of use and all disputes or other matters arising in connection with them and Your use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and dealt with by a court of competent jurisdiction in the City of Toronto, unless they concern the Université Laval, in which case they shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada and dealt with by a court of competent jurisdiction in the City of Quebec.
